1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Duvane, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Subject to these Terms of Service, Duvane grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the application on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Application Features

Duvane provides the following features:

• Movie-themed puzzle games with various difficulty levels
• Brain training exercises and cognitive challenges
• Custom puzzle creation from personal images
• Progressive difficulty from 6-piece to 30-piece puzzles
• Achievement tracking and progress statistics
• Coin-based premium content access

5. In-App Purchases and Coins

Duvane operates on a coin-based system for accessing premium content:

• Coins can be purchased through the App Store using real money
• Coins are used to unlock premium puzzles and features
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Coin balances are tied to your User ID and stored securely
• We do not offer subscription services - all purchases are one-time coin acquisitions

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Duvane responsibly and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the application or its related systems
• Use any automated system to access the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the application or servers connected to the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Duvane, including but not limited to images, graphics, text, software, and design, is the property of Duvane or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Movie images and themes are used under appropriate licensing agreements.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only essential information (User ID and coin data) as detailed in our Privacy Policy. All game progress and personal preferences are stored locally on your device.

9. Limitation of Liability

Duvane is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that Duvane will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Duvane at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Duvane immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
